TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

Welcome to Wordcraft (“Game”), an interactive Telegram-based application. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Game and any affiliated services provided by us (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using Wordcraft, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not access or use the Game.

1. No Investment Offer or Security

Wordcraft is a game, not an investment product. Nothing in the Game constitutes or implies:

• An offer to invest or participate in a business venture

• Ownership, equity, or voting rights in any entity

• A guarantee of profits, appreciation, or financial return

TILE tokens and NFTs in the Game are utility-only. They are not securities, derivatives, financial instruments, or digital assets with intrinsic value. We expressly disclaim any intent to offer or promote securities under any jurisdiction.

2. U.S. Persons Prohibited

Access to Wordcraft is prohibited for “U.S. Persons,” including but not limited to:

• U.S. citizens, residents, or green card holders

• Entities incorporated or operating under U.S. law

• Any person physically located in the United States

If you are a U.S. Person, you must not access or use the Game. We reserve the right to block access to the Game from U.S. IP addresses and Telegram accounts.

3. NFTs and In-Game Assets

You may acquire or hold NFTs and TILE tokens through gameplay. These assets:

• Are used solely within the Game’s ecosystem

• May be changed, updated, limited, or removed at any time

• Carry no right to cash, refund, or redemption

• May lose value, utility, or functionality at any time without notice

NFTs and TILEs may be transferred between users at your own risk, subject to Game mechanics and platform restrictions.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments made in connection with Wordcraft are:

• Final

• Non-refundable

• Non-negotiable

This applies regardless of downtime, bugs, performance issues, account bans, or dissatisfaction. No exceptions.

5. Experimental Features

Some parts of the Game may be experimental or in beta. These may contain bugs, incomplete features, or unintended consequences. By using these features, you accept all related risks, including possible asset loss.

6. No Reliance or Commitments

Any statements we make—whether on our website, Telegram, Discord, or elsewhere—are non-binding. Future features, roadmaps, or economic models may change without notice. You must not rely on any statements or expectations when using the Game.

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Game at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of:

• Abuse or cheating

• Sybil attacks or botting

• Violation of these Terms

• Use from a prohibited jurisdiction

We may take such actions without notice or compensation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all liability for:

• Loss of access to NFTs, TILE, or in-game items

• Economic changes, balance resets, or token modifications

• Bugs, exploits, data loss, or security breaches

• Loss of profits, opportunity, or goodwill

You assume all risks associated with using the Game.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wordcraft, its affiliates, officers, and partners against any claim, demand, or liability (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Game

• Violation of any law or regulation

• Breach of these Terms

10. Game Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Game, including:

• Game rules and scoring

• TILE economics and token distribution

• Smart contracts or NFT metadata

• Payment systems and third-party integrations

These changes may happen at any time, without prior notice.

11. Data and Privacy

We may collect limited data (e.g., Telegram ID, gameplay actions) to operate the Game, enforce these Terms, and detect abuse. We do not sell or share your data. See our Privacy Policy for more.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Survival

Sections relating to payment, liability, indemnity, governing law, and disclaimers shall survive termination of your access to the Game or its shutdown.
